The hostal Restaurant La Rosa is a modern housing of masonry and badge located in the main street of the fishing town of the port of Casilda, in Trinidad. Of easy access. In the own entrance a restaurant of the family specialized in shellfish and cubans foods, it produces a room acclimatized with independent entrance, with bathroom inside the room, with cold water and hot water, patio, terraces in the second level with balcony with a panoramic view to the whole town, etc. Casilda is a calm town of fishermen. It is a house with family, although the entrance to the room is independent.
The restaurant has 50 capacities, here you will be able to degustar typical plates from the town to base shellfish and fishermen's of the town recently acquired fresh fish. Among the plates but requested they are the paella casildeña, enchilados of lobsters and shrimps, the special plate of the house that is the padded fish with lobster and shrimp; and other plates of the Cuban traditional cuisine. We offer services of national and international coctelería, we prepare canchánchara, the mojito and other cocktails.
