Daily Tours:
No payment grantee for daily tours, full payment is to be settling at the end of the tours.
Tour package price:
All our Tour Prices are per person based on two persons sharing one room.
Single/Triple/ prices are as stated or as negotiated at the time of pricing the tour.
Payment:
A deposit of 20% of tour cost per person should be placed to the organizer, required at the time of booking to confirm and guarantee your tour booking. Deposits may be made by US Dollar, or according to your currency by Wire Transfer direct to the bank.
Final payment:
The rest of payment is required 5 days in advance of departure or upon arrival if possible.
Refunds and Cancellations policy:
Penalties for cancellations received 45 days or more prior to departure are as follow:
35-25 days before the tour starts: 15% of total tour cost.
30-15 days before the tour starts 22% of total tour cost.
14- 3 days before the tour starts 50% of total tour cost
If cancellation received 3 days before departure date will charge as a "No-Show"
Children Policy:
