The all inclusive week offers a fine balance of exploring typical Tuscan towns and villages, cooking classes, winery visit and tasting, food artisan visit like cheese and the best cured meats., market visit and dining in local family owned restaurants.

After breakfast that includes home made specialties we'll depart to discover Siena. You will have free time to explore this medieval town.
In the afternoon we will pull our sleeves for a ‘Pizza making” course using the original wood oven. At the end, ‘Gran Pizzata” with all the Pizzas we have cooked together. Pizza will never taste the same after that!

Your home for the week in Tuscany is a private villa located in the peaceful hills of Chianti. The story of the villa is also the story of a family that lives in the estate for nine generations and transformed the main villa to a B&B. The villa is decorated throughout with hand-painted frescoes, and is surrounded by acres of vineyards and olive groves, complete with stunning views.
The villa has a typical Italian garden with fragrant roses, lavender, and lemon trees. There is also a vegetable garden with seasonal fruits, herbs and vegetables. The pool was built on a natural terrace, with astonishing views on the Tuscan hills.
