Alla Balduina

We are very close to the new Balduina Metro (Subway) Station, to the Historic Center and to all the tourist attractions (five metro stops to the Spanish steps). We are even very close, walking, to Zodiaco, where the Astronomic Observatory is, the place with the most beatiful panorama of Rome!!! And it's even the only place in Rome where you can find free parking for your car.

All the rooms have each one a big terrace with many beatiful flowers that we love and we personally care. The guests can stay in a very quiet (you can hear the birds singing when you wake up in the morning), very safe place, in an independent apartment with your separate entrance, with two big fashionably furnished double rooms (and a single room) with two very clean and very nice bath rooms all for them. And they stay at the same time like at their home, but in a very friendly, Italian family atmosphere.

Directions

Directions to reach us very easily from Fiumicino ''Leonardo da Vinci'' airport follow. If you come by train or by car please let us know, we'll email you directions to reach us very easily in these cases too.
From 8.00 a.m to 8.00 pm: Take the train from Fiumicino ''Leonardo da Vinci'' Airport, the line is
called ''fm1'', and go out in Trastevere Station. Then take the train of the line called ''fm3'', direction Cesano and/or Viterbo, and go out in Balduina Station. The total cost is less than 5.00 euro. When you are out of
Balduina Station you'll see on the left a Tobacco Shop and a Bar, a side street called Via R.R. Pereira, and then a traffic lights after ca. 20
meters. At the traffic lights go left, the name of the street is Via Ugo De Carolis, and go straight (the name of the street changes to Via Balduina after 80-100 meters) till a square called Piazza Madonna del Cenacolo (you'll see a convent on the right going up and a rouded median strip with
trees in the middle of the square). Via Serranti is the short side street on the left going up, at the square called Piazza Madonna del Cenacolo, up to Via Massimi. Our
building is the first on the right side of the street, the entrance is at the nr 12, after a Tobacco Shop and before a Bar, ring the bell where our last name Foca is written on and you are arrived, we are in the penthouse (4th floor by elevator) at the top, very easy!
