Saint James Backpackers is a family-run hostel that's been accommodating global travelers in central London for over 45 years. We've just undergone a major refurbishment and now operate a range of rooms, including premium private ensuite rooms as well as dormitory rooms with bunk beds.

We operate the following policies:
(1) Minimum age for guests is 18 years old
(2) No smoking anywhere inside the building (but we do have a large patio garden where you can indulge)
(3)There is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments; nothing for debit cards though.
(4)We also charge for towels but bed linen and continental breakfast is included.
From Heathrow airport: take the Metro (Picadilly Line) directly to Earls Court Station (about 45 minute journey). Exit at the Earls Court Road exit and turn left. Walk up Earls Court Road and take the fourth Road on the left (Longridge Road). We are on the left hand side.
From Gatwick: take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria. Then take the Metro (District Line heading Westwards) to Earls Court. See above for directions from Earls Court station.
