I Terzi Di Siena

The I Terzi di Siena is located on the fifth floor of an old building in the center of Siena, furnished with great care.

They are fully equipped with kitchen and living area, and everything you need such us the LCD TV in every room, bedding and towels, dishes and free Wi-Fi.

The guesthouse has different bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and two bathrooms, some rooms also have a balcony on the roof from where you can enjoy the unique view of San Domenico and the rear facade of the Duomo, San Giovanni. While the Porta Romana room has windows with views of the Torre del Mangia.

Check in from 15.30 to 19.30. Please call the reception for later check in otherwise a penal of 20,00 will be applied.
Check out before 10.30

Breakfast not included (in the kitchen guests will find tea, coffe, cereals, bread and jam)
Taxes not included (city tax of 1,50 from 01/11 to 28-29/02 and 2,50 from 01/03 to 31/10)

Directions

By car:
Please note that the guesthouse are located in the historic center, which is closed to traffic. You can enter the restricted traffic zone for loading and unloading of luggage, maximum 30 minutes.
Set as destination Viale dei Mille and follow the signs dellitinerario 1 (inside the ZTL surfers do not work!)

You can take the following routes:

1) Siena West bypass exit, follow the signs for the center-stage along via Pescaia, via Cesare Battisti and along the Medici Fortress, to the Basilica of San Domenico, you enter at this point in the restricted traffic zone, continue by Via della Sapienza and via delle Terme arriving in Independence Square where you turn left to get to by via dei Termini 13.

2) Sienna West bypass exit, follow the signs for the center-stage along via Pescaia for about 200 meters, then turn right into the Fontebranda half of which you enter the restricted traffic zone, past the door Fontebranda turn left into Via Santa Caterina at the end of which you turn right in via delle Terme arriving in Independence Square where you turn left to get to by via dei Termini13.

If you arrive by train or bus from the train station:
take the bus n. 8, 9, 17, towards the city center, you will arrive in Piazza Gramsci or Piazza del Sale. Continue to Piazza del Campo to Piazza Matteotti, and after a few meters take the road down Via dei Termini, and continue until you find the number 13.
