In the centre of Arezzo, on the third floor of a 18th Century building, our Camera con Vista Arezzo is waiting for you in our comfortable rooms with a view of the town's roofs, towers, churches and parks.
The B&B, renovated in 2005, has been divided into two independent units with private bathroom and kitchenette so that our guests will be able to organize their stay. Our rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly furnished and equipped with TV, wifi, linen, blankets and towels.
Ideally located for those who want to visit the old town's monuments and art places. The location is also a perfect base for further exploration into the celebrated Tuscany: Florence and Siena, as well as Cortona, Anghiari and Casentino are easily reachable from the B&B.

Leave the A1 from the exit Arezzo.
At the roundabout take the second exit direction Arezzo and keep going on the main road always following the direction Arezzo for approximately 6 km.
At the first traffic lights keep the right (underpass).
Turn right at the second traffic lights until you find three roundabouts: take always the second exit.Drive through Via Roma, which becomes Via Crispi, up to a big cross.
At the traffic lights turn left (Viale Luca Signorelli), then turn right (Via Mino da Poppi) and finally turn left again (Via Trento e Trieste).
Drive through the traffic lights and park your car outside the walls in front of you: on the left side you will find a free park area, on the right side you have to pay a fee.
Enter the inner city by car (ZTL A area): it is possible to enter every day from 11am to 5pm; you can enter and stay two hours on Sundays and public holidays.
Keep straight on to Via della Minerva and Piazza San Germignano where you can park.
Via Oberdan is on the parallel street. We are at n. 75.
Enter the inner city on foot: after parking your car, enter the walls and go on up to a Bar on the right corner. Turn right (Via delle Fontanelle) and then immediately on the left (Via dietro le Campane). Few after you will find Piazza San Germignano. Cross the square and you will find Via Oberdan in front of you on the right side. We are at n. 75.
Mind the cameras! Do not enter the ZTL B area even in the opening hours: you need a special authorization.
