We are a big house on four floors where we provide good quality budget accommodation in a cool and relaxed setting.
We are also one the very few places in St Ives who welcome children of all ages and (well behaved) pets.

Our Rooms
There are 7 unique rooms at LordRyans and a separate 2 bedroom house/apartment each designed to accommodate a different 'type' of guest.
Whether you only need a bed in the dorm for the night whilst passing by or an apartment for a few days for you and your family or something in between we are sure you will find what you require with us.

Please note:
Check-in from 15:00 - 17:00 but you can check in at any other time just as long as you let us know in advance.
Check- out by 11:00

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance.
We accept payment by cash only.

Breakfast is included.Breakfast (all you can eat Continental breakfast) is available from 9 to 11am.

Follow the signs for the Tate gallery, go up Porthmeor hill and turn right. We are only 100 mts away on the right.
