Apartment Novak Dubrovnik are located in private family house in elite area of Dubrovnik called Ploce. The house is 10 min walking distance from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, and 5 min from the nice city beach „Banje“.
The Apartments is at the attic.It has beautiful view over sea ,and old city of Dubrovnik.
Apartment 3+1 , located at the attic is 3 bed apartment ( 1 double bed and single bed ). It has small kitchen , bathroom with shower,private terrace.
There is a free car parking on street available close by.
Apartment is air conditioned and fridge unit equipped. Rooms are with double beds that can not be separated.
There is grocery shop 20 m away from the house, so you can buy everything you need for cooking.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash only.
Whether you arrive by car or plane, you need information on how to reach us.
For travelers with a plane:
The easiest way is to take a taxi, which is located immediately in front of the landing of the building. Price of taxi services is around 35 euro one way.
You can also use the bus service, which will take you to the pile (the western entrance to the old town), or on the main bus station (Luka Gruz). Bus ticket price is 5 euro per person. Whether you get out of the pile or the main bus station, take a taxi to our house. Taxi fare should not be higher than 15 euro, but it varies.
You can also use the services of a private transfer, in agreement with us. Transfer price is 30 euro.
For travelers with a car:
Arriving in Dubrovnik from Split (west entrance to Dubrovnik), pass the bridge and continue driving straight for about 2 km. Follow the signs for the Dubrovnik and turn right through the tunnel. Keep left ,and at the traffic lights turn left following the signs for the center and hotels Excelsior and Argentina.
Drive straight ahead and down a one way street towards the city walls. (Look straight ahead, you'll have enough time for sightseeing:))
Arriving at a crossroads keep left (fire station on your right) and drive straight . You will pass the cable car station ( on the right) , so keep driving straight for about 700 m and turn left after the Biker's Cafe.
Our house is second house on the right, Bruna Busica street number 2 (black door).
In case you have no where to park, park in front of our garage (the first garage to the left of the black door), ring the bell or call us, and we will show you where to park.
