Our is a big apartment with 4 large rooms, one cosy shared bath and definitely the most bigger kitchen for breakfasts, lunchs or dinners!
The typical italian breakfast is always included, cappuccino or espresso and croissaint at the bakery downstairs the palace!
The position is perfect on via Merulana 48: 5 minutes from Colosseum, Fori Imperiali and Termini station too! Brancaccio theatre, National Oriental Art Museum, Supermakets, Apple store and bakeries all close few metres!! ... What else... take with you just a little bit of curiosity and Rome will do the rest!

Reach us is too easy. Once you arrive at Termini Station, take the exit is to your left with the tracks behind, exit Via Giolitti. There is a Mc Donald's in front of you, turn left and you will find a street full of shops, Via Gioberti, the straight walk across to the square of the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore. With the Church on your right, via Merulana is the second way on your left, the larger. We are at number 48 on the left side where begins the street wth trees! for any problem or difficulties call me on my moblie!
