The guesthouse has a private entrance, consists of a bedroom with double bed and bunk beds (4 beds), the room has a large, bright window overlooking the garden, a room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with window, with a bath / shower in which you will find at your disposal a hair dryer, washing machine and courteous service, and the kitchen is equipped with electric oven, toaster, fridge, stove, is also complete with dishes, pots and pans, the window makes the bright room and the doors open directly onto the garden.

The guesthouse has a large living room with a beautiful walnut table, sofa bed, armchairs, and television, a pellet stove fireplace and a lovely warm winter days, while from the windows you can enjoy a splendid view of the veranda and the park surrounding the house.

Both the lounge and the library in the hallway, you will find books for adults and children. In all areas of the structure, you can access the free Internet. In the garden, for the exclusive use of the guests, children and adults will find games tables and chairs to enjoy the cool in summer, barbecue and bicycles are also available. Free parking inside. We do not have air conditioning because we are in a cool, ventilated and surrounded by greenery. Magicland-Valmontone is about 8 minutes, and Rome can be reached by train in 35 minutes.

Whether you come from the north or the south exit of the A1 motorway at Valmontone Milan-Naples, then follow the signs to Cave

At the airport:
Rome Ciampino Airport is 35 km Raccordo direction A1, then take the motorway Rome-Naples exit at Valmontone and then continue for Cave

Rome-Fiumicino Airport 49 KM, take the ring A 1 direction then, take the direction of Naples and exit at Valmontone then drive to Cave
By Train: If you come to Rome Termini rail of the state, from here take the ROma-Cassino and Frosinone Roma or Roma-Colleferro and get off at Valmontone, hence there are shuttle buses to Cave
