Location of the house fit the request of the people which enjoy the stay in the green countryside not fare form Rome. Near the house there are plenty of touristic attractions such as Speedway of Vallelunga, Lake of Bracciano, Olgiata Golf Club, Calcata, Cerveteri etc..
At the first floor there is a large saloon with a fireplace, kitchen and two bedrooms. On the second floor there is hall with a fire place, two bedrooms and big panoramic terrace. House is surrounded by a garden. The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
Despite the nearest bus stop located in 200m, the car is strongly recommended.
Port of Civitavecchia is located 100 km from the house.
The get to Campagnano by car you need to arrive to GRA (Ringroad of Rome) and take the exit n5 to SS2 Bis toward Cassia Veientana/Viterbo, follow this road for 13 km, than turn to Campagnano di Roma it takes another 6 km.

You can reach Rome by train FR3 Roma Ostience – Cesano-Viterbo. Its takes about 45 min ant the price of the ticket is just 1 euro. Cesano railway station located in 12 km from the house. So you can leave the car in a parking near the railway station and take the train.
The Fiumicino Airport is located 60 km from the house, 50 min by car.
Ciampino Airport is 50 km from the House, or 40 min by a car.
