Timi's Apartment

This newly built apartment in Durres (antic ,beautiful city by the sea) is located in the upper floor of a building with 3 floors, 3 minutes by foot from the sea and 10 minutes from the city center.

Please note that the apartment sleeps up to 5 people! If you are arriving with more than 2 people, there will be an additional charge of 9.00 (weekdays) or 10.00 (weekends) Euros per person and night!
If you are arriving by yourself, you would pay 9.00 (week) or 10.00 (weekends) Euros per night.

It has its own private entrance, is\' made â€Â‹Ã¢€Â‹up of 2 large bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed and a single one, plus the kitchen and living room consists of a large comfortable sofa which can sleep a person . The apartment has a bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view.

We are available for rent for a few days to several months. The owners live under a plan for every need you can contact them with no problem.

Check out: 11.00 am

Reception is open 24 hours.
Method of Payment upon the arrival: Cash only

Breakfast is not included.

Directions

The apartment is very easy to find, asking the bus driver before you enter the city (if you come from Tirana, the capital), you need to find the Entrance of the port of Durres on 'Ura e Dajlanit' road.

Before the entrance, in the left of the road there is a building in L form next to which you see a yellow house (three stories high) .
