This comfortable two room apartment is located in the center of Moscow near the Sadovoe Ring, near Tsvetnoy Boulevard and adjacent to the Renaissance Moscow hotel. Although the apartment is right in the city center, it is quite quiet and peaceful.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a balcony. It is suitable for 4 people - there are comfortable double beds each for two people in both rooms.
There are also wardrobes and commodes in each room, cushions, and a large TV. A cozy kitchen is fully equipped to provide everything you might need to prepare meals - dishes, cutlery, pots, an electric kettle, a electric stove, a fridge etc.
The apartment also comes with a washing machine making it very convenient for longer stays. As with all other City Realty managed serviced apartments, the apartment comes with satellite TV, free high speed internet, unlimited International landline calls.

The closest metro station is "Dostoevskaya". You should exit the metro station in the direction of Suvorovskaya square and turn to the right. Then cross the square (the Russian Army Theatre should be on your left) and enter Ekaterininsky Park through the gates and walk through the park. Leaving the park you will find yourself on Olimpiysky prospect, use a pedestrian crossing on your left to cross to the other side of the street. Your apartment building will be in front of you. It is a 17 storey white-blue building.
