Farfalla B&B features three large bright bedrooms and two shared bathrooms.
It is located on the first floor of a building with elevator.

Furniture is simple but creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Farfalla B&B is perfectly located, as from there it is possible to reach in a few minutes walk the Colosseum, the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, the heart of ancient Rome.

Also, its strategical position is perfect to reach the city centre and Termini train station without taking public transport.

no-show is one night charge.

Payment upon arrival by cash only.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Check in from 14.00 until 23.00.
Check out before 10.00.

Please note that if you are planning to check in after 23.00, you will be requested to pay €25.00 extra fee, since we don't have a 24hours reception.

Taxes not included - EUR2.00 per person per night to be paid locally.

We are just a simple B&B with no reception please write your arrival time, if you do not communicate the arrival time your booking may be canceled

Directions

From Termini Station it's a few minutes on foot, take Via Gioberti, at the end of the road you will be in front of the Basilica of S.M. Maggiore, in front of it you will find Via Merulana, take it and turn right on the 3rd road, Via giovanni Lanza.
It is also very easy to reach for those coming from Fiumicino airport.
