Sunny Venice

Sunny Venice is a pretty apartment in the heart of Venice, situated in the district of San Marco and only a few minutes walk from Saint Mark\'s Square and the Palazzo Grassi. The location of the apatment, in the heart of the city, is a very good starting-point to explore the cultural and artistic heritage of Venice with its romantic and unique atmosphere.

The apartment has been completely renovated and is on two floors. It is elegantly appointed with precious furniture. It is equipped with everything necessary to make your holiday unforgettable, with the special feeling that only your own apartment can give you.

We have 15 days cancellation policy. In case of late cancellations or No Shows we will charge you the 30% of the full stay.
We accept cash and Credit Card payments on arrival.
Check in: from 11:00 until 20:00 (after 20:00 you will have to pay a fee of 50 Euros)
Check out: 10:00

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Breakfast is not included but you will find tea, coffee and sugar in the apartment.
Taxes are not included.
Air conditioning: 5,00 per night

Directions

By plane:
from the Marco Polo airport you can easily reach Venice in 20 minutes by taking the shuttle or ACTV buses that will take you to Piazzale Roma. From here you can then take the vaporetto n 2 (direction Lido) that will take you to San Samuele or the n 1 that will take you to Sant'Angelo. The apartment is but a few minutes walk away.

By train:
the apartment is only 10 minutes away from Santa Lucia railway station. You can then take the n 2 vaporetto to Sain Samuele or the n 1 to Sant'Angelo.

By bus or by car:
if you come in Venice by bus or by car you must stop at Piazzale Roma. The apartment can then be reached by following the above directions for the vaporetto.
