This is a 135 m2 flat with terrace. There are 4 private rooms with two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen to share with washing machine, microwave, TV and fridge.the living room is shared between the guests too and it is very spacious and light full.

Student Valenciaflats is really good situated nearby the University of Valencia, just a minute far from Blasco Ibanez avenue, and also well communicated with the city centre, the beach and the port.
These is the students area and the zone is very friendly, with many supermarkets around.
There are connecting with tram, bus, metro and Valenbisi.

From the Bus Station you can take bus number 80.
