The rooms have private bathroom, linen, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, lcd / led, free wifi, pc for internet browsing.

Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, cappuccino, tea, croissant, cakes, bread, jam, nutella, butter, juices. It is served every morning from 8.00 am to 10.00 am at the breakfast room.

On request we can arrange transfers to and from the airport, guide service and private parking.

Check In: from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm (For late Check In after 9.00 pm a supplement of 10 euro is applied) From 11.00 am to 2.00 pm it is possible to leave your baggage for early Check in.
Check Out: 11.00 am (It is possible to leave your baggage in the B&B beyond Check Out time with no extra charge)

How to get here:
By car:
From any highway use 'Grande Raccordo Anulare' and leave it at junction n.1 (Via Aurelia) toward downtown. After about 2 km you get to 'Piazza Irnerio'. Keep going all the way down on 'Via Baldo degli Ubaldi'. 'Via Bonaventura Cerretti' is located on the left hand side of 'Via Baldo degli Ubaldi', 50 metres far from 'Piazza Irnerio'.

By train:
Get off at central railway station 'Termini'. Take the underground line 'A', toward 'Battistini' and get off at 'Baldo degli Ubaldi' stop. 'Via Bonaventura Cerretti' is located just 40 metres far from the underground stop.

By plane:
From international airport Roma-Fiumicino take the 'Leonardo Express' train up to central railway station 'Termini'. Take the underground line 'A', toward 'Battistini' and get off at 'Baldo degli Ubaldi' stop. 'Via Bonaventura Cerretti' is located just 40 metres far from the underground stop.
From international airport Roma-Ciampino take the 'Terravision' shuttle service up to 'Termini' railway station and from there follow the instructions 'By train'.
