Residenza Verrazzano is a large and modern apartment located just outside the walls of the ancient city of Verona, on the top story of a building in a quiet and well-served residential quarter called �quartiere catena�.

The apartment is well exposed to sunlight and includes 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single), kitchen, bathroom, living room and two balconies with panoramic views of the hills to the north of Verona. The apartment is fully furnished and is served by central heating and by air conditioning. Ample parking is available next to the structure.

The Basilica of San Zeno is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Castelvecchio is 20 minutes and Piazza Br� and the Arena are 30 minutes. Lake Garda is 30 minutes by car as is Mantua. Venice is slightly more than one hour away. Valpolicella and the wine country are 15 minutes by car.
