Sabaii Bay has been designed with comfort and simplicity in mind.
Each of our rooms has a beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace.
Inside, the bungalows all have hot shower, cable tv, AC or fan (different rates) and comfortable beds.

We have also taken extra care in creating our garden to ensure that each bungalow is private and cosy, and that our guests feel comfortable and close to nature.

For our guests, we offer free transfer to and from the Thongsala pier.

We can also help you with all your travel plans, local or international.

Cancellation Policy:
High Season:
Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date.
25% of the total booking amount is charged if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date.
50% of the total booking amount is charged if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival date.
No refund in case of No show or early check-out (before specified date for the booking) = 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Full Moon Booking:
No refund. No cancellation or amendments.
No refund in case of No show or early check-out (before specified date for the booking).

Peak Season:
Full refund if cancelled more than 45 days before arrival date.
50% refund if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date.
25% refund if cancelled 21 days or less before arrival date.
No refund if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival = 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
No refund in case of No show or early check-out (before specified date for the booking).

In Case of CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT, a written notification by e-mail or fax must be received by us and and
amendments are subject to availability and resort approval.

Amendment
Low Season and High Season:
No charge for amendment more than 30 days before arrival date.
25% of the total booking amount is charged if amended 29 days or less before arrival date.
50% of the total booking amount is charged if amended 14 days or less before arrival date.

Peak Season:
No charge for amendment more than 45 days before arrival date.
25% of the total booking amount is charged if amended 45 days or less before arrival date.
50% of the total booking amount is charged if amended 30 days or less before arrival date.
No amendments 21 days or less before arrival date.

Directions

From the main pier of Thong Sala, take the main road to Haad Rin, continue 3km and Sabaii Bay will be on your righthand side, just by the beach.
The resort is behind Food Factory restaurant.
