This beautiful, modern and cozy apartment is located in a boulevard area in central Barcelona. Via Augusta Street N 40. To 5 minute walk from Barrio de Gracia. A 10 minute walk from Paseo de Gracia, the most beautiful and trade of the city (where the famous works of Gaudi: La Pedrera and Casa Batllo). It all means of transportation to a step from the apartment.
It has all the amenities to make your stay very pleasant. It is located in a 1st floor and consists of a sunny living room with 1 sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, 1 desk with internet free, 1 fully equipped kitchen with washing machine , dishwasher, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, etc.. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and large closet and 1 full bathroom design (hair dryer). LCD TV has a 32 \', satellite TV, DVD and CD. On the upper floor, which is accessed by a ladder from the same apartment has a sunny terrace of 42m. Square with a small wooden house in which there is a jacuzzi-spa vor 2-1 bathroom and a sauna vor 2.

You must inform us of your arrival and departure to Barcelona, to organize cleanups and time to welcome in the apartment. If arriving by plane should telephone the person responsible for receiving, when they collected the bags. If arriving by train or car should call one hour before arrival.

There is an extra charge of euros 25 for arrivals after 20:30pm and euros 40 for arrivals after 24.00h.
