Ploshchad Vosstanya metro: 10 minute walk (west) along Nevsky Prospekt. Mayakovskaya metro: 7 minutes walk (east) along Nevsky Prospekt.
From the Pulkovo-2 International airport: Take a bus 13 to the nearest metro station Moskovskaya. Then you will need to buy a metro token and travel 5 stops by metro to Technologicheskiy Institut station, where you change onto the Red Line (Line 1) and travel 3 stops to Ploshchad Vosstanya.
From Moskovsky Vokzal (Moscow Railway Station): 10 minute walk (west) along Nevsky Prospect.
