Peacefully situated in the Brce area of Sutomore, just 150 metres down the hill from the beach of the Adriatic Sea, Vila Nikolic offers en-suite rooms equipped with fridges and airconditioning.

The nearest local bus station is 50 metres and railway station is 1.5 km away. Podgorica and Tivat Airports are on cca40 km distance while main port of Montenegro, Bar, is just on a few minutes driving from the guesthouse.

If driving from Podgorica/Tivat airport or from Budva direction, pass through Sutomore center and go to Brca area. after blue bridge called 'Most Brce' take the first turning on your left. Vila Nikolic is the first house on the hill.

Situated at peacefull part of the city, just a couple minutes of walking distance from downtown and main city beach which are beautifully decorated and spread over a of 2km in lenght.
