We are located in a very tranquil neighborhood, plenty of public green areas and just 5 minutes by train from Venice downtown

The local tourist tax is not included in the on-line rates and it is to be paid separately upon arrival; it amounts to 1.40euro pppn in high season and 0.98euro pppn in low season

Please note, from November 12 to December 28 inclusive and from January 3 to January 27 inclusive, the structure will not make the breakfast,

the reception is only open for check-in and customers are requested to report the arrival time.
