Modern facilities one might expect in a centrally located Venice hotel such as digital television, individually controlled conditioning, room safe and direct dial telephone complement perfectly the interior furnishings and decorations

During the winter season (from 01/11/2011 to 10/02/2012) check-ins and check-outs will be done at our main hotel Antica Casa Carettoni (Lista di Spagna 130) which is just between 08.00am-18.00pm, after this time the customer can pick up the key from 'QB take way restaurant' till 22.00. If you wish to arrive after 22.00 you must contact the hotel reception to advise about your late check-in and extra payment for late check-in.

Please note we only accept payments by CASH upon arrival as credit card facilities are not available; the 90% outstanding amount is due to be paid when checking in

While IVA is included in the on-line room rates, please note the LOCAL TOURIST TAX is not) and it is to be paid separately upon arrival (2 euro per person per night)

In case of hotel's technical issue all reservations will be transfered in a sister hotel just 1 minute walking from main building. Same room category, same hotel category ( 2 star hotel ), same booked price will be guaranteeded to our guests without any extra payment.

This centrally located accommodation lies in tree-lined Lista di Spagna, the main street that leads from Santa Lucia railway station to Ponte di Rialto (Rialto Bridge), in the Cannaregio district, the most authentic Venetian area!
