The apartment is large and features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bright living room has a TV, WiFi Internet connection, a DVD player, computer, fax and TV socket. Guests can avail of two rooms, one can accommodate four people on a double bed and on a bunk bed, the other room has two double beds and a bunk. The bathroom is very big and the house features heating and fire place.
The huge garden around the property allows plenty of space for parking and for pets (accepted with prior arrangements). A brick barbecue is available for meals which can be enjoyed the garden on the garden furniture.
Washing machines are at guests' disposal and linen are available for rent. Cleaning service and baby sitting are available for longer stays at an extra fee.
A restaurant is located only 300m from the house and the town centere with shops, supermarket, pharmacy and hospital is at a very close distance.
Denopope is the ideal place for who wants to hike or bike in the countryside of Marche, bikes are also provided at the property. The apartment is in a strategic position, 50 minutes drive from the ski areas of the Sibillini Mountains and 25 minutes drive from the Adriatic coast. The city of Recanati is also not far awa and other archeological areas and medieval castles can be easily visited from the small villages around, while cultural activities such as theater and folklore dance are always on in the area. For who enjoys sports, two golf courses are available in the area as well as a horse riding centre.
