Welcome to Le Brolle!
Our estate spreads over seven hectares of hilly land cultivated with olive trees and has a traditional stone farmhouse with a beautiful swimming pool and an elegant villa, turned into a Bed & Breakfast.

There are 3 bedrooms, bright and comfortable, all with private bathroom with shower and bidet. They are located on the ground floor and have an exit to the garden and porch.
You will have breakfast in the dining room, warmed by a fireplace in winter, and you can relax in the common room on the first floor with comfortable sofas and TV. There is a beautiful view of Mount Subasio from here, and you can relax in the quiet countryside.

Around the house there is a grove of 70 thousand square meters ideal for long walks and some forest fruit.
