In an historical building we offer many different kind of rooms, with private or shared bathroom, brand new TV in every room.

If traveling by car, attended parking at \'Parcheggio Riva Reno Apcoa\' via del Rondone, only 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking fee is not included in the service.

In order to maintain our low prices breakfast is not included (even if we offer, as stated, coffee and tea facilities in the shared kitchens). Anyway at our front desk is it possible to purchase at the price of 2 euros per person a voucher good for an Italian breakfast (includes coffee or cappuccino and one pastry) to be consumed in a bar just in front of our structure
