Villa Stipe

Villa \'STIPE\' is situated on one of the most beautiful parts of Adriatic coast, situated between two centers of Middle Dalmatia, Split on west side and Makarska on the east side.It is just 9km from Omis and 30km from Split.

Both Split and Makarska are within commuting distance of the hostel and are convient for a unforgettable evenings out in many discothèques, restaurants and various tourist contents which abound in this region.

Villa \'STIPE\' offers you accommodation in five fully furnished apartments with one or two bedrooms (with four, five or eight beds), bathroom, kitchen and balcony, reserved parking place and garden.

Villa is only 200 m from the beach, 8 km from the nearest town (Omiš) and 150 m from restaurants and 500 m from the market.

Apartman A (3+3+2) is the biggest 8 bed apartman with two rooms, each room has one double bed and one single bed; bathroom, big kitchen and dinning rooom where is a sofa (couch) for thwo people, and beautifull sea view from the balcony to the island Brac!

Apartman B (2+2) is 4 beds apartman, with big room with two double beds, bathroom and kitchen!

Apartman C (3+2) has an air condition, bedroom with one double bed and one single bed; kitchen and dinning room where is a sofa (couch) for two people, and balcony!

Apartman D (2+1+1) is apartman with one bedroom which has one double bed and two single beds, kitchen and balcony with beautifull sea view to the island Brac!

Apartman E (3+2) has bedroom with one double bed and one single bed; kitchen with dinning room where is a sofa (couch) for two people and balcony with beautifull sea view to the island Brac!!

Directions

Villa 'STIPE' is situated in Lokva-Rogoznica, near town of Omis in central Dalmatia on the Adriatic Highway.

It is approximately 35 km far away from Split on the way to Makarska. Directly opposite is the island of Brac.

By Air:

When you are arriving from Split to Lokva Rogoznica, you need to get out on bus station just before the tunel in Lokva Rogoznica, (you need to tell to bus driver that) and than come back for 500m to the restaurant 'KOD MIJE' and you will see Villa Stipe from the road and there is a way to our house from the road, or you can just go in the restaurant 'KOD MIJE' and ask for Villa Stipe!
