Paradise Palms Jamaica is a Self Catering Holiday Vacation Rental accommodation which provides a great holiday experience in a quiet, residential area located approximately 10 minutes from Montego Bay Airport and 7 minutes drive away from the main shopping centres "MegaMart", cinemas, pharmacies, restaurants "The Native", "Margaritaville" and the famous Mobay "Hip Strip", "Doctor's Cave Beach", Cornwall Beach, "Aqua Sol Beach and Water Sport" along the North Coast of Jamaica. There is off street parking for cars with secure fencing around the property. The garden is well maintained and reaps lovely seasonal fruits from its trees. There is also an array of exotic fruits, beautiful tropical plants and flowers. This property is a secure and gated and is suitable for young children and also has a wide space for them to play and have fun. There are route taxis transportation available just outside the property. People who have stayed at the property stated that it's like, "home away from home"

Paradise Palms Jamaica has a large and spacious lounge with a three piece suite (seats 6 persons) where you can sit and relax. We provide Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player (with assorted films), and a music station. The lounge opens up to the large veranda.
Paradise Palms Jamaica has large a fully fitted and equipped kitchen available with a large Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Cooker, Toaster, Blender, Cutlery, and assorted cooking utensils. There are 2 large rooms dining room with dining table (seat 6 persons) to choose from to sit and eat or you can sit and enjoy your food or drinks on the large veranda which has a table and chairs and seats 6 persons. There is also a 240v socket available to use. You may choose to hire our cook for breakfast & dinner whilst you just relax. Please see our Online Shop for prices.
One of the most beautiful feature that Paradise Palms Jamaica has is the architectural design of the property. It boasts high beam ceilings and a long veranda that runs the length of the property and overlooks the beautiful Caribbean sea and beautiful scenery. There is ample parking for three cars and large enough open space for children to play. There are a variety of season fruit trees (Mangoes, Apples, Banana, Plantain, Ackee, Plums, Sour Sop, Avocado, Breadfruit, Lime, Coconut and Orange) and a display of colourful tropical plants, herbal plants and flowers.
There is also an outdoors Bar-b-que should you wish to have some jerk chicken.The veranda has power points and the garden is well lit at nights. The property is properly secures all around with secuity fencing and has a large front gate. We care about your safety and be rest assured that our Site Property Manager and the other staff are willing to help with any issues.
The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a clothe line with pegs available to use. Guests have the option to have their laundry, ironing and cleaning done by our trusted and reliable housekeeper Carol for a reasonable cost.

There are currently 3 large clean and tastefully decorated bedrooms available at Paradise Palms Jamaica. Each room sleeps 2 people. In total we accommodate 6 persons. Each room has its own en-suite bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air condition. There are ceiling and free standing fans for your comfort. All bedrooms consists of bedside table with lamps and closets and chest drawers which is ideal for storing your clothing. Please see Contract/ Rates & Policies for all pricing of the rooms options and the choice of choosing rooms with or without Air Con.
There are three en-suites bathroom which provides (bath and shower) with hot/cold water, hair dryer and towels. The bathrooms are tastefully decorated and the decor compliments the bedrooms. Each bathroom has cupboard storage space which you can store your toiletries.

Paradise Palms Jamaica Driver, (Courtney) is available to welcome you at Montego Bay Airport and to escort you to the property. Whilst at the Property you will be inducted by our Housekeeper (Carol) who will explain all you need to know about your accommodation. Both Courtney and Carol are able to brief you on local tourist attractions, shopping areas, beaches, restaurants and any other assistance you may require during your stay. Courtney is available for Airport Transfers and if required to arrange transport to wherever you want to go on the island. Cost for these services can be negotiated with Courtney. Booking Policies
We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal which is our preferred payment option as this is both secured for our guests and ourselves. We accept cheques from within the UK only. We do not charge any taxes and there are no hidden charges.
A payment deposit of £100 of the total cost of your booking will secure/confirm the dates you have chosen and the balance payable 1 week prior to checking in. All deposits becomes non refundable for cancellations of 30 days or less before the dates that you have chosen.
Making a Deposit Payment/Full Payment
Please note that you have the option to pay Deposit or Full Payments. To proceed to pay your Deposit / Full payments please go to our Online Shop & Payments tab where you can pay £100 deposit via our Integrated Paypal System or pay in Full.
Paying Off Your Balance
If you had chosen the option of a deposit payment, when you are ready to pay the balance you must proceed to our Online Shop & Payments tab and follow the simple procedure.
Check In/Out Policies
We would be grateful if you could email us your flight arrival / departure details in advance. This is so that we can make arrangement for your transfer from the airport (optional). The other option is to meet you at the property for an induction of the property and to hand over the keys.
You may check in any time after 12pm on the day of arrival;
You should check out by 12pm on the day of departure unless negotiated with Mr Murdock/Carol;
You may not sublet or share the accommodation except with the persons name on the booking form and must not exceed the number of occupiers you have agreed with us;
You must not leave the property keys with anyone unless instructed to do so by Mr Murdock;
You should endeavour to treat the property with respect and leave the property in a reasonably condition as you found it.
We asked that our guests switch off unnecessary lights and appliances that uses electricity and please use the air con sensibly as this is very expensive to run in Jamaica;
We also asked that you keep the entrance gate lock at all times when not in use;
If you had not choose the with air con rate option, and want to use the air con you must pay the difference which is £10 / $US15 daily;
You are responsible for any damage or breakage done to the property or its contents by yourselves, your guests or any other visitors. At the end of your stay Mr Murdock our Property Site Manager or Carol will inspect the property as routine. We ask that you will let them aware of any issues that you think that we could improve on;
Airport Transfers, Tours, the service of the cook are additional cost and are not included in the rental.
We also ask that should Paradise Palms Jamaica meets your expectation that you will consider leaving a positive feedback / review on TripAdvisor, Flipkey, Real Adventure or Home Away Holiday Rental to inform others of your experience whilst at our property.
