St. John's Terrace

Located on the 7th floor of a refurbished building, St. John�s Terrace is a relaxed and friendly guesthouse in the centre of Rome. Our staff are warm & friendly and always on hand to any information you need about the city and the surrounding area, but St. John�s Terrace is also a quiet place that offers tranquility & privacy.

Our triple, double and single rooms are furnished in modern style, with carefully selected materials. The triple room can be used comfortably by two people only at the same price to enjoy the sofa. All rooms are ensuite and modern comforts like HD flat screen TV, free WiFi, safe and air conditioning are available. Soundproof walls and windows will give you privacy and the rooms are cleaned daily.

Nespresso coffees and cappuccinos are served with breakfast in the morning and you can relax and drink some Italian wine on our terrace at the 7th floor.

Basilica di San Giovanni is only 5 minutes walk and Colosseum and Fori Imperiali 15 minutes. 300 metres away from here you can find the Basilica di san Giovanni in Laterano.

St. John�s Terrace is perfect for a visit to the city.

From Roma Termini Railway Station: take metro line A direction Anagnina to stop San Giovanni. From here, walk along Via Magna Grecia for about 200m and turn left into Via Gabi (5 minutes)
