Quiet and bright, the flat is located in a small zone close to the walls of the Vatican and St. Peter's Square.

The 55 square meters, with wooden floor, consist of a bedroom, living room with satellite TV and a sofa that converts into two single beds and a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker and toaster, bathroom with shower and whirlpool. On request possibility of a fifth folding bed.

There are two air conditioners, one for each room.
Upstairs terrace shared with the private space of approximately 25sqm with table and chairs.

Check out before 11.00 am (we can agree with you a check out time)

Cancellation policy 3 days. Late cancellations and no shows will result in your credit card to be charged the price of the first night as a penalty
