Free Airport Shuttle Hotel guests can take advantage of the free hotel shuttle service . The stop is located on Platforme E on level 0 of the Brussels Zaventem Airport, next to the buses . Schedule : Monday to thursday from 6am to 9:45am and from 5:10pm to 10:35pm Friday from 6am to 9:45am Saturday there is no shuttle service available . *** Child Policy *** One child from 0-2 years old is charged 15 EUR per night for a baby cot . A baby cot can be added to all room types . One child below the age of 5 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds . One older child or adult is charged 20 EUR per person per night for an extra bed/sofa bed . The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1 . Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management . Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay . Please note that a chargeable upgrade to a superior room type is necessary as from the third person when requesting an extra bed .
