Located on the first floor of a Venetian building of the XVIII Century, it has been completely restored and refurnished. It consists of a Private entrance- Very large living room with comfortable pull out sofa, 2 double rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.
All the windows overlook a beautiful private garden.

You will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen, Tv, Radio, washing machine, self controlled heating. Payment is cash upon arrival.

-Check in between 08.00 am and 08.00 pm free of charge
-From 08.00 pm to 12.00am 30 euro fee to be added
-Upon arrival a 50 euro deposit will be required to cover any damage caused in the flat
-Final cleaning is included, except for the kitchen- that has to be left cleaned.

Cancellation policy 72hrs

TOURIST TAX FROM EURO 0.75 TO EURO 1.50 PER PERSON DAILY TO BE ADDED

Directions

San Toma water bus stop (100 Meters far)
From the Marco Polo airport you can catch the ATVO bus till the venetian car terminal of Piazzale Roma and from
there you can either reach the flat walking or catching the boat line 1 (direction Lido)
and get off at the boat stop of San Tomà

We will be pleased to come and pick you up there, therefore we kindly ask you to
give us a ring before catching the boat.
