Dear Guests,
The new youth hostel of the national association Westfalen-Lippe is located directly in the centre of Bochum we are in walking distance of the main train station. Which means we are in the centre of Ruhr district. Our name 'Bermudadreieck' is taken from the famous bar and entertainment district of Bochum.
We have 201 beds in 69 rooms, you can choose between Single, Double and Dorm rooms.
Our entire team will be more than happy to assist you with competence, kindness and flexibility. We wish you a pleasant and diversified stay at our house and in the Ruhr district.
DJH Youth Hostels and Youth Guest Houses (hereinafter also referred to as "YH") are premises owned or run by the regional associations of the Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk ["German Youth Hostel Federation - abbreviated DJH] or other organizations affiliated to the DJH. The precondition for admission to stay at a YH is membership of the DJH or another member association of the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF). Membership by way of trial can also be acquired for free on site in the youth hostels. The base for a book entry are the General Terms and Conditions of Use for DJH Youth Hostels and Youth Guest Houses in Westphalia-Lippe. You get this Terms and Conditions after an reservation seperatly by E-Mail.
We are located 700m from the main train station. Infront of the main train station take a left and follow the street Südring. After ca. 250m take a left into Brüderstraße follow the direction to Bermudadreieck. When you arrive at the street Kerkwege take a right onto Viktoriastraße. stay on the left and cross the Viktoriastraße at the traffic lights. follow the Viktoriastraße until Humboldtstraße.
by car:
Motorway A40, A42, A43 oder A44 direction Bochum Zentrum. The Humboldtstraße is coming off the Westring. Please note that the city centre of Bochum is a environmental friendly zone. You will need a special sign on your car to enter this zone. You can rent a parking space from us for the time of your stay.
