The Holiday Home 'Casavacanze Almerico' is composed of two adjacent two rooms flats: Casa Astrid and Casa Dora. They are each about 50sqm large and can accomodate each from one to 4 people, if booked together they are also suitable for small groups up to 8 persons.The flats are both located on the groundfloor of a 1960s building with a lovely backgarden,they are quite and bright and consist of bedroom, living room with french balcony,bathroom with window and bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.It is possible to sit outside in the porch at the entrance of our house with a wiew on the garden.
At Casavacanze Almerico you will find everything you may need to feel 'at home' in Berlin : hair dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine etc, for your entertainment a flat screen TV, a small multilingual library and a collection of board games. In the heart of Berlin you will enjoy italian hospitality: you will be welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and some other small complimentaries, in the kitchen you will find italian coffee, olive oil noodles, spices and herbs etc. everything at your's disposal and included in the price. Internet access is for free and some shops in the neighbourhood have special conditions for the guests of Casa Almerico.
Smoking is allowed only in the porch next to the entrance. Check- in is from 14,00 , check-out latest at 10,00, different times can be arranged. Sorry, we don't accept credit card, please pay your bill in cash upon arrival!

From Schi nefeld Airport:
the easiest way is to take the bus 171 and get off at Elsenstr. stop than 2 minutes walk.
From Tegel Airport:
take the bus 109 direction Zoologischer Garden and get off at Jakob Kaiser Platz stop, take the U-Bahn 7 direction Rudow and get off at Rathaus Neuki lln, from there take the bus 104 direction Stralau or bus 167 and get off at Harzerstr./Wildenbruchstr. stop than 7 minutes walk.
From Central Station (Hauptbahnhof):
take the bus M41 direction Sonnenallee/Baumschulenstr. and get off at Sonnenallee/Pannierstr. stop from there take the bus 171 direction Flughafen Schi nefeld and get off at Elsenstr. stop than 2 minutes walk.
A taxi from Tegel will take you home for about 27 Euro, from Hauptbahnhof for about 17 Euros.
