It is situated in newly built modern villa, just 50 meters from sea in a peaceful part of Lapad Peninsula. Its top floor position ensures magnificent unobstructed views of Gruz Harbour from the spacious terrace with cruise ships mingling just in front of you.

In 10 minutes stroll along the coast you can enjoy the famous Copacabana Beach. There are lots of delightful beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and bustling cafes all within easy walking distance. The closest supermarket is 200 meters away. The bus station is 5 minutes away and just 10 minutes ride to the historic part of Dubrovnik.

Iris Apartment has been lovingly decorated and tastefully furnished; with lots of natural light enable a welcoming & serene atmosphere providing complete relaxation. It can accommodate 4 persons with the possibility of 1 additional guest on the living room sofa bed. It features 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds), a modern bathroom with shower, an open plan living room, full kitchen, dining area. The most distinctive features is its terrace ideal for a lazy day of reading, sunbathing or simply to enjoy with a glass of wine. It is a place to capture moments of peace and to rediscover the simple pleasures of sea, air and time.

We can organize Airport / Port/ Bus Station transfer for all our guests.

You can also easily get to the Old Town. The distance is approximately 3km, so you can go on foot (25-30min), or by car (10 min). The bus stop to the Old Town (bus No.6 ride every 10 min) is about 500m away from apartment.
