Charming old courtyard renovated in 2010, this family-run guesthouse is nestled in the lakeside village 3km from the ancient center of Dali (bus N°2 every 5 min.):

1, From Kunming to Dali: by air, by bus or by train
2, From Dali new town (also called Xiaguan) to the Old Town: Bus N° 4 or N° 8 (1,5 Yuan), or by taxi (50yuan)
3, From the Old Town to Dali Beach Guesthouse:
Take bus No°2, get off at the terminal: Caicun Matou.
Follow the main street on the left (if you face the lake) about 6 minutes walk, then turn right, one minute walk, we are right by the water.
Indication signs are put along the way, you aren't gonna be lost!
