Kindly be informed that Banks in the Maldives are no more accepting Travellers Cheques . Therefore, Constance Moofushi will no longer accept Travellers Cheques as a mode of payment . Transfer Luggage:- Baggage allowance is 20Kg and 5kg hand luggage per person . Excess baggage is chargeable and must be paid directly to Maldivian Air Taxi at US $ 5 . 00 + GST 12% per 1KG . A single luggage of 30Kgs or more in weight will not be accepted as per International standards . General Procedures:- The resort must receive full flight details at least 7 days prior to guest arrival in order to guarantee the seaplane seats . Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time in the Constance Moofushi Lounge otherwise there will be an overnight stay in Mal at the clients additional cost . Guests departing Mal on an international flight prior to 09 . 00hrs will be transferred late the previous afternoon and will require overnight accommodation in Mal at their own expense . Trans Maldivian Airways request to have the date of birth of any children under the age of 18 travelling with parents for reservation of seaplane transfers . Cancellation policy for transfers:- -Cancellations received 1 day or more prior to arrival will not be charged any cancellation fee . -No shows and same day cancellation will result in a one way seaplane cost being charged as a cancellation fee .
