Our chefs will guide you in a fine dance around flavours and tastes, offering an introduction to preparing-and eating-traditional dishes along with the appropriate wines. Menus are flexible and follow seasonal products.

Barbara Bartolotta and Valentina Lami, your chefs for this program, are expert Italian cooks and talian language teachers with extensive experience. They offer an introduction to preparing-and eating-traditional dishes along with the appropriate wines. Classes may be scheduled for any date with a two-day advance notice, and can be conducted in your native language. Lessons begin at 16:00. After assisting in the preparation of dishes, you sit at a table and at 18:30/19:00 you have dinner, enjoying your creations with the correct wines. The location for our cooking lessons is in Piazza D'Azeglio 20 in Florence, a few meters from S. Croce Cathedral and the Ancient Food Market of S. Ambrogio.
