\'La casa di Rosa\' , a first class B&B and also holidays apartments,is located in Joppolo between Cape Vaticano and Nicotera and only 20 km fromTropea. It is a magnificent villa, renovated in 2009, surrounded by 2000 square meters tropical garden .All around beautiful countryside of olive and almond trees and only 200 meters to the sea; you will feel truly \'away from it all\'.
Three rooms, one quadruple and two double, open onto a large and cool porch, where is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining and relax area. Each bedroom,elegantly furnished, has private bathroom,air conditioning and TV.
At the opposite end a private ensuite, air conditioned, tween bedroom, with B&B service,opens directly onto the garden just in front of a nice gazebo where your breakfast is served.
On the first floor of the villa there is a second apartament for 3 people : a kitchen with a single sofa bed,a queen bedroom and a comfortable bathroom.
parking inside the villa, pets allowed .

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200.00 is required apon arrival
Final cleaning: €70 for 8 people apartment,€50 for 3 people apartament.
€ 10 per person /week for linen and towels in apartments.
€40 weekly for clima in 3 people apartment and € 70 for 8 people apartment
€5 discount weekly for each person without breakfast

By train: Lamezia station, then connecting to Joppolo

By air: Lamezia airport, train to Joppolo. In the summer
free transfer bus to Joppolo.
