Stari Grad is the oldest town in Europe and our house is a part of the best-known building in Stari Grad - Tvrdalj, the fortified building of the poet Petar Hektorovic surrounded with ancient churches and monuments. Dating from the first half of the 16th century, it was renovated in the Baroque style in the 18th C. and restored in the 19th C. Hektorovic\'s Tvrdalj is an exceptional work of architecture which differs from similar buildings of his time. Although it is situated in the historical center of Stari Grad, our house has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere needed for your stress-free vacation. Also everything you need, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops or post office is just around the corner.

Directions
Depending on your way of arrival, instructions to our house:
House is in the historical centre just opposite to church St. Roko next to the main square Tvrdalj.
BY BUS:
Exit at the final stop in Star Grad and start walking toward the city. Promenade will take to the main square Tvrdalj (big open space with cafes) that you will see on your left. Enter the square and continue walking toward the main square building at the end of the square. On your left you will see the monument of Petar Hektorovic (by pizzeria San Marino) - pass the monument through the passage on the right where you will see little church San Rocco.
Second entrance is our iron gate with the sign "JAVNI BILJEÂŽNIK".
BY CAR
If you come with the car, from the ferry go to the first entrance to Stari Grad (first road on the left after ferry port) and just keep on the main road. After cca. 1km you will see a little church on your right (St. Nikola) with a wild parking lot in front. Park there and cross the street, walking toward big chruch (St. Petar). At the T-end, turn left and the second street right (street between two fields)...our house is first on the left
Next to the iron gate is sign - JAVNI BILJEZNIK Enter the court and knock on the door at the end.
