Eureka Springs is nestled in the Ozark Mountains and surrounded by beautiful forests of hardwoods and evergreens. Just 20 minutes' drive from Cliff Cottage Inn is the beautiful Beaver Lake, famous for stripers and wide-mouthed bass. You can rent a boat at Starkey Marina and fish to your heart's delight. We also have the White River 20 minutes away which offers the fisherman fabulous brown trout and you'll always catch your limit at the innkeeper's favorite secret fishing hole she'll share with you. Or she can help set you up with a guide and boat. We also have a new zipline in Eureka Springs and the Great Passion Play is just a six-minute drive from Cliff Cottage Inn. Lake Leatherwood Park, 15 minutes outside of town, is the second largest in-city municipal park in the US and there are plenty of catfish lurking near the surface just waiting to be caught! The park also has some great hiking trails and you can even walk across the second largest hand-cut stone dam in America! We also have two music shows and plenty of festivals going on year-round.
Cliff Cottage Inn comprises four buildings side-by-side and three offer two spacious suites per cottage so you have plenty of privacy and room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The 4th is an artist's studio with fully-equipped kitchen and deck in the woods with your own hot tub. There is also a stand-alone 1920s cottage perched on a hillside (you're king and queen of the mountain!) and it has its own hot tub. Suites have either queen beds or kings and all suites have Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs for two. Tennyson Suite also has a two-person outdoor shower tucked into the rock bluff, available from April to October. Breakfast is delivered to the suites; breakfast is not available to the cottage and studio with kitchens. All suites and the cottage and studio include a complimentary bottle of Champagne or white wine, some sodas, and coffee/teas/hot chocolate and chai.
When guests book a stay at Cliff Cottage Inn, the innkeeper sends a comprehensive list of all her favorite restaurants, and info as to where the best massages can be scheduled, all the music shows and performance theaters, horsebackriding, canoe trips, fishing guides, carriage rides and info on any special events or festivals going on during the guests' stay.
