Kanchanaburi is about 130 km west of Bangkok. You can go there from Bangkok easy and fast by mini-bus (Khao San Rd.), local bus (Southern Bus Terminal) or by train (Thonburi Train Station).

Kanchanaburi is located in western part of Thailand next to Burma boarder. Travel from Bangkok 120 km distance by Bus,Train,Mini Van. Bus: Leaving from Southern bus station every 30 min, Train leaving Thonburi station #257... 7:45 am

Sam's house located in northern part of Kanchaburi main town on Maenamkwae road 2 kms before the Riverkwai bridge. Very well set up situated on River bank of the Kwai,surrounding closed by Seven elevant convenience store,Bar, Restaurant,Internet cafe,ATM machine. You can travel by longtailed boat leaving our boat pier to The Riverkwai bridge(2km) Jeath war museum(1km),Chungkai war cemetery(3km),Kaopoon cave temple(3.5km). When you arrive at Bus/Train station you can take taxi to Sam's house cost around 80 bht . If you come by mini van they will take you to the guesthouse just tell the driver.
