Located in the middle of the'kampung'near the Kebon Roek traditional market in Ampenan you're immediately feel how Indonesian life is today.So for all clearness,we are not located near the sea and beach.The sea is 1 kilometer as the crow flies away.For really nice beaches you must go to the Senggigi area.
Ampenan is near Mataram and Cakra and only 7 kilometers away from Senggigi.Far enough away from the tourism centre to give a true sense of Indonesian life these days but close enough to enjoy all the amenities of the tourist resort.

Directions

Coming from the airport to Ampenan you turn to the right at the trafficlights near the Kebon Roek Market.It,s the way to Senggigi.After +/- 700 meters you turn to the right again,this is where the famous Mas Kardi sells his bakso and enter the small road into the kampung.It,s 300 meters towards our losmen.
