Any cancellations received less than 3 day(s) before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night(s) charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation. This will incur 1 night(s) cancellation fee.

2. Check in time after 14:00(noon) or earlier upon room available.
Check out time before 12:00(noon)
Check out late: Any extension after 12:00 noon will be levied at 50% of regular rate. Extension after 16:00 will be charged at one night room rate.
3. The balance must be paid upon check-in . Hotel requires guest to provide a security deposit THB 1,000 at check-in by cash to guarantee payment of any incidental charges, and it will be returned when check out.
4. There is no room charge for a child under 6 years old, (Maximum 1 child) staying with parent and using an existing beds. Children over 6 years old is considered and charged as adult.

From Suvarnabhumi Airport
1. By airport bus:
Take airport express bus number AE-2 . There is a stop outside the 1st floor exit of the airport for airport express buses, which charge a flat 150 baht/ person and operate hourly from 5 AM until midnight. It takes approximately 100 minutes to the hotel. Get off at Chakkra Phong Road. Then, you cross the road to Soi Ram Buttri, next to Chanasongkhram Temple, and just a moment walk to Rambuttri Village Inn.
2. By metered taxi :
For safety reasons, we recommend that you should contact directly to the registered taxi counter available on the 2 nd floor. Follow the 'public taxi' signs that lead to the outside of the airport premises, queue up and state your destination at the desk, and you'll get a slip with your destination written in Thai on it. There is a 50-baht surcharge on the meter (per a taxi). In addition, you have to pay for 2 expressways fee approximately 65 Baht. The meter should run up to 300-400 Baht and it takes approximately 60-100 minutes depending on the traffic to go to Rambuttri Village Inn.
From Don Muang Airport (only for domestic low-cost airlines)

For safety reasons, we recommend that you should contact directly to the registered public taxi counter. The public taxi counter is located on the sidewalk outside the arrivals area of airport. State your destination at the desk and you'll get a slip with your destination written in Thai on it. There is a 50-baht surcharge on the meter (per a taxi). To avoid heavy traffic, you may pay for the toll way fee of 60 Baht and the expressway fee of 45 Bath.
