The zip line challenge course at WIRED is suitable for ages ten and up. Participants must weigh a minimum of 80 pounds and have the ability to climb stairs and ladders. The course consists of four long zip lines and two rope sky bridges. Participants will be outfitted with harnesses, helmets, and gloves then taken through a ground school to learn proper techniques of zip lining. This outdoor activity takes approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete. Trained and certified guides accompany each group of participants through the course. The guides are responsible for clipping each person to the lines as well as doing all transfers.
