Barocco and Trinacria are four delightful apartments just renovated situated in the heart of the historical centre of Catania, close to the Duomo, the Greek Theatre, the Benedectine Monastry and the historical fish market called 'A Piscaria'.
The apartments are for 2 up to 4 people and they are made of one room, with a double bed ( with the possibility to add a single bed or a babycot) with full optional bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, satellite tv, heating and air conditioning, hairdrier, towels and linen.

You will be introduced to the real life in Sicily by the pleasant and informative conversation offered by our friendly young owners, who are sure to offer you a warm welcome and be of service throughout your stay (our staff speaks English, German, French and Spanish).
The apartments are located in the historical centre of Catania close to the Ursino Castle. The airport is only 4 km far, the train station is at 3 km, the beach only 2 km, and the Volcano Etna is just one hour by car.
The airport is only 5 km far from our B&B, so if you take the taxi you should be here in 20 minutes and the ride is 18 euros.
Please, ask the driver for the 'TARIFFA COMUNALE', in order to pay the minimum available.
But if you prefer, you can also take the bus:
just in front of the airport you will find the bus station, there you should wait for the number 457 and get out in 'Piazza borsellino'.
Once reached this square, you should go to 'Piazza Duomo' and turn immediately on the left side of the square: opposite to the Cathedral you will find Via Garibaldi. Follow it and go straight on until you will reach the number 187. Turn on the left in Via Abate Ferrara and then on the right in Via Naumachia. Look at the left side of the street: at the number 103 you will find our yellow building, with windmills on the balconies!!
if you come by car from the airport, once you exit the airport you have to follow the direction to 'Catania PORTO', when you will see the port of Catania at your right you will find a round point with a Mc Donald Fastfood. You will go round and take the small climb of about 20 metres, at the end of the climb you have to go right and then take the first street on your left called 'Via del Plebiscito'. Follow this street until you find at your right a ESSO Gasoline Station, there you have to take the street on the right and then turn right again in Via Naumachia. We are the yellow building with windmills at the number 103!
If you will arrive by train, once you exit the station you find a bus stop. You have to take the bus n°431Nero and you have to get off in Via Plebiscito at the bus stop in front of "Panifico Carrasi", just before a little Square, at the street number 290. Here you take the street at the corner with the Panificio, Via Abate Ferrara and you have to turn at the first street on your left into Via naumachia. We are the yellow building at the number 103.
