C.c.ly Hostel

One of the Best hostels in Italy located in the best place to plan your holiday in eastern Sicily. At just 500m from the bus and train central station, from here all of Sicily is easy to reach (Syracuse 1h by bus, Taormina 1h by bus, Palermo 2,5h by bus). The C.C.Ly hostel (which stands for 'Cheap and Chic Lounge Youth Hostel') is the perfect combination between a '60 years style design and a really comfortable place where you'll have all you need to enjoy your Sicilian holiday as best as possible, included a wonderful view of Etna!

Our staff will guide you throught the fantastic tastes and smells and places of this land with tasting sessions of Sicilian wine and specialities (Cannolo day:), and the trips TO the most beautiful sights of Sicily (Etna, Pantalica, Cavagrande, Vendicari and other amazing places that are often impossible to reach without a private means of transport). We also organize really cheap tours around Catania to discover all those hidden sites around the city.

Directions

IMPORTANT: Don't ask the locals the way! The square name had been recently changed so everybody knows a place of almost the same name but at the opposite side of city!

FROM CATANIA AIRPORT:
Take bus number 457 (be sure to buy your ticket first from the ticket-office.) The bus-stop is at the end of Arrivals, found at the end of the airport building on the right.
Subject of course to traffic conditions and time of day, the journey will take roughly 10 - 20 minutes, terminating at Catania Central Station.

FROM THE CENTRAL STATION:
Outside the station, you will see a large, circular fountain with statues. Crossing the road, take the road facing you when you cross, called Via Marchese di Casalotto. Walk for approximately 500 metres along Via Marchese di Casalotto until you come to a small square called Piazza G. Falcone. You will see a church with a cupola on the right, and on the left you will find the hostel. (If you should get lost, call us for directions!)
