On arrival you will be welcomed to Rockville with a cup of tea! You can relax and enjoy unrivalled views of Croagh Patrick, other mountain ranges and perhaps some magnificent sunsets on Clew Bay, before heading into Westport to enjoy the restaurants, pubs and music.
All rooms are en suite with electric blankets and central heating, lounge available for guests and tea/coffee on arrival.
The scenery and views from Rockville are spectacular. While here take time to enjoy the many scenic drives and heritage sites of west Mayo
Directions
To get here from Westport go up High Street, behind the clock. Turn right at the first T junction (Lankill signpost) and left on the first turn left. One mile out that road you will come to Rockville.
Coming from Connemara on the N59 just after the filling station you will see a sign for Rockville. Turn right and right again for .5 of a mile. Coming from Westport or the Quay take the N59 to Clifden. At the filling station (about 1 mile) turn left and right at the end of the road for .5 of a mile.
Taxis are affordable, (8/10) and easy to find. They can be stopped on the street, called from a call box or found by the train station or Town Clock.
